Delivery & Installation
Getting the building to you is the other half of what we do, and we treat it that way. From the lot to the final set, we manage the whole move so your structure shows up safe, sits where you want it, and is ready to use.
Our Delivery Area
We cover Northern New York and the North Country, including Franklin, Clinton, St. Lawrence, and Essex counties and the surrounding Adirondacks. We also reach nearby areas across the broader region, including parts of Vermont. Not sure if you are in range? Send us your location and we will confirm.
Hauled by Our Own Crew
Every building moves with St. Mary & Sons Transport, backed by more than 15 years of hauling and setting structures around the region. Keeping it in-house means one team owns the job start to finish and handles your building with care from pickup to placement. We run professional-grade equipment, shed mules included, to land units in tight or awkward spots.
Placement on Your Property
Our crew positions the building exactly where it needs to go so it sits level and works as intended. We do need clear access to the spot, and the final location should be settled before we arrive so there are no delays or do-overs.
A Note on Electrical
Many units can come prewired. Final hookup, including any connection to a panel, must be done by a licensed electrician you hire. We do not perform electrical work or panel connections.
Getting Your Site Ready
Before delivery day, the site needs to be set and reachable:
A clear path for our delivery equipment
Enough room to maneuver and place the unit
A level, prepared base or foundation
Obstacles cleared, including low lines, branches, and fencing
